Get to Know Mirella Ravarino, APC

I’m Mirella Ravarino, born in Italy and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. I became a Pauline Cooperator in 2017. Time spent in the book center was invaluable in leading me to becoming a Cooperator. I have been on the Board of the Daughters of St. Paul in St. Louis for almost 20 years, but that didn’t give me the insight that volunteering in the book center does. As a Cooperator I participate in exhibits (outreach to schools, parishes and conferences), make rosaries and bracelets for the book center, served as a board member for the Daughters of St Paul in St. Louis, volunteer in the book center, and help with Christmas concert planning. For someone wanting to become a Pauline Cooperator, I’d say this: “What struck me most when I took up this mission was that I found both so much energy and so much peace in doing this work and being with the Sisters.”

Who We Are

The Daughters of St. Paul, a congregation of Catholic women religious, live our vocation in service to God’s people by proclaiming the Gospel through all forms of media. Our profoundly Eucharistic spirituality roots us in Jesus so that no matter what we do—writing, graphic design, radio, video, social media, music, art—we may be a communication of Christ’s love to every person we encounter.

Discern Your Vocation

We regularly host opportunities for vocational discernment, providing a space for young women to learn about religious life and pray about where God is calling them. Get in touch with us to learn about events near you or to speak with a Sister.

Be Part of the Mission

Pauline Cooperators are lay men and women who anchor their lives in the Pauline spirituality and who participate in the Pauline mission, which is the very mission of Christ, the proclamation of the Kingdom of God.
